Stinking Bishop? What is that you ask? It's a cheese produced in England, and it STINKS!

It's available from Igourmet.com, and is one of the best TASTING cheeses I've ever eaten (and I've been to a cheese dairy in Holland). It is an amazing tasting cheese, very creamy with just a small bit of sharpness, but, , it honestly smells like your average dumpster. I've had Limburger, it has little on Stinking Bishop in terms of smell, and even less in terms of taste. It is made from the milk of a specific breed of cattle, and is made in very small quantities each year. Try it, I dare you.
