Stinking Bishop? Posted on Thursday, December 25 @ 23:18:49 CST by admin       Stinking Bishop? What is that you ask? It's a cheese produced in England, and it STINKS! It's available from Igourmet.com, and is one of the best TASTING cheeses I've ever eaten (and I've been to a cheese dairy in Holland). It is an amazing tasting cheese, very creamy with just a small bit of sharpness, but, , it honestly smells like your average dumpster. I've had Limburger, it has little on Stinking Bishop in terms of smell, and even less in terms of taste.
