	Review: Carnivale. Carnivale, another series cut short in it's prime. This was an HBO original series, created by Daniel Knauf. Two seasons that were produced out of the original six that were planned (12 episodes in each season), follow a traveling Carinval that roams the American dust bowl in the depression stricken mid 1930s. Great care has been taken to reproduce the language, mannerisms, clothing and other styles from that time.

	Review: Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead! The movie starts with Arbie and Wendy, two high-school graduates, making out in an ancient Indian burial ground. They are validating their relationship as Wendy prepares to leave for college soon, as Arbie is forced to stay due to family issues. Their activities apparently disturb some of the dead (and at least one living person), and they start coming back to life and reaching out of the ground. Within five minutes of the opening credits, we have zombies, nudity, and at least two acts of perversion. I'm liking it already. Warning: Being infected by Zombie Chickens has many side effects! 	Review: Donnie Darko Anyone that I have talked to in the last couple of years has likely heard me mention this movie. It is one of my true favorites, and like many of the movies I watch, I stumbled across it largely by accident. There are many things that make it great: top-notch actors and actresses, doing top-notch acting. Memorable characters, profound quotes, and somehow, they took fairly horrible 80's/90's popular music, and just made it work. But that all means nothing without a story, and in that, it excels.
